Heda Art Agency is a personal assistant agency focusing on world music. Our main aim is to provide artists with the help that they need concerning any form of administrative work, negotiations, promotion, booking, and much more. Being musicians themselves, our founders know the everyday struggles of this profession. Next to the work concerning their music, they also work at universities and have many tasks that keep them away from the thing they love most: creating music. They decided to start an agency that would serve all the needs an artist could have so that they are left with more time and energy to work on their projects. Our personal assistants take the weight off your shoulders and help you manage all your tasks so that the only concern you’re left with is your art, whether it’s creating it or performing. We do the boring part of the work, while your only task is to show up and do what you do best.
Our team is international, just like our artists, which is why we can cover the entire European and North American territory with our services. Having native speakers of English, German, Spanish and French allows us to communicate on your behalf with almost all venues. The Heda Art team consists of several different departments, each specialized in their own field – administration, bookings, tour organization, social media, marketing, communication, etc. All our employees are either musically trainer or business savvy, each holding college degrees and years of experience in the music business.
